Antonio Masis serves as the Vice President of Global Customer Management Services and the General Manager of the Costa Rica location for Shyft Global Services and TD SYNNEX Services. He has been with the company since 2009 and currently focuses on directing operations, implementing sales strategies and managing outsource agreements. Tony has served as a leadership coach, speaker and trainer and has taught a course on team development at LEAD University.

Bobby Wallace serves as the Vice President of Global Repair Services for Shyft Global Services and TD SYNNEX Services and has been with the company since 2006. In his current role, he focuses on customer growth and scalability, repair service delivery and new business development. He oversees Shyft’s repair operations throughout the globe, including the Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, California and Ohio, which is home to the 586,000 sq. ft. CenterPoint facility, encompassing Shyft’s widest range of end-to-end product lifecycle offerings.

Jared Eckelkamp serves as Vice President and General Manager of Global Field Services for Shyft Global Services and TD SYNNEX Services. With two decades of experience in the technology sector, Jared leads the global field services (GFS) organization and is focused on driving continued improvements and enhanced profitability for Shyft’s GFS business and customers. Jared has been with the company since 2018, previously serving in finance leadership positions. His expertise has been instrumental in strategic acquisitions and shaping continued growth and evolution for the Services organization.

Trisha Cooke serves as Vice President of Vendor Solutions for TD SYNNEX Services and Shyft Global Services, leading the organization’s integration, engineering and presales teams. She has been with the company for over 35 years and holds extensive experience in strategic development, M&A integration, vendor management, technical enablement, sales and marketing. Trisha is a proven leader in building strong, collaborative and diverse teams that drive higher value and profitability and deliver on growth initiatives for next-generation technologies. She also serves as Vice Chair for TD SYNNEX’s Elevate business resource group, which focuses on the retention and advancement of women co-workers within the organization, and holds recognitions from CRN’s Channel Chiefs and Women of the Channel.

Missy Clayton serves as the Vice President of Services Sales for Shyft Global Services and TD SYNNEX Services. She brings more than 25 years of experience leading high-performing teams across inside sales, field sales and strategic initiatives, and is highly skilled in connecting tactical execution with long-term growth objectives. Missy is well-known for her servant leadership, strategic vision, driving results, empowering others and leading with authenticity. She has been recognized numerous times by CRN’s Women of the Channel and Channel Chiefs as well as SYNNEX’s President’s Club.

Jay Fraze serves as Senior Director of Supply Chain Management Services for Shyft Global Services and TD SYNNEX Services, overseeing the strategic direction and execution of the Services organization’s supply chain management operations. He brings 40+ years of distribution experience and has been with the company since 1993, including 25+ years in sales, bringing extensive company and industry expertise to his current role. Jay focuses on the overall success and profitability of our supply chain management programs by optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring seamless logistics across our global supply chain network.

Casey Swanson serves as Senior Director of Supply Chain Management Services for Shyft Global Services and TD SYNNEX Services, driving supply chain management excellence and operational efficiency. Casey brings a robust background in process optimization and program management, previously serving as a Client Relationship Manager and holding roles with Northrop Grumman and the US Air Force. Casey earned a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification and is dedicated to simplifying complex logistics operations and implementing innovative solutions that drive efficiency. 

Tonja Gable serves as the Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications for Shyft Global Services and TD SYNNEX Services. She brings more than two decades of marketing, communications, branding, public relations and change management experience to the role. Tonja leads a global team focused on driving brand awareness and demand for OEM and channel services offerings through an integrated marketing approach. She has a strong passion for advancing organizational success through authentic communications, strategic events and meaningful employee engagement initiatives, and holds a Prosci® Change Management Certification.

Brian Gladysz serves as the Senior Director of Global Business Management for Shyft Global Services and TD SYNNEX Services. In this role, he oversees the Services organization’s sales operations, Global Project Management Office (GPMO) and M&A function. He works closely with fellow Services executives to prioritize and manage high-impact projects to drive organizational efficiency and accelerate business growth around the world. Brian also has experience leading operational efficiency and cost reduction efforts, managing several service delivery teams and strategizing as a management consultant.

Rich Levin serves as the Vice President of Technology and Business Operations for Shyft Global Services and TD SYNNEX Services. He holds more than 25 years of industry experience and has been with the company for nearly 15 years, previously leading technology enablement and innovation, operations and supply chain. In his current role, Rich leads strategic technology and AI initiatives for the Services team, focusing on advancing AI fluency across the organization and leveraging modern technologies to simplify the customer journey, drive operational excellence and elevate the customer experience for both OEM and channel partners.
